«ATOMEXPO 2010» Congress sponsor

The Forum Organizer undertakes to:

• Provide the company with the status of a Congress Sponsor (hereinafter — the Sponsor).
• Mention the Sponsor and/or its Logo and the status in Forum materials and media reports distributed by the Organizer commencing the contract signing till 30 June 2010.
• Place the company’s logo on the Forum’s website with a hyperlink to the Sponsor’s website and brief description of the Sponsor’s activity in «Forum Partners» section of the website.
• Place the Logo on the website front page.
• Place the logo and/or mention the Sponsor:
  • in Forum press releases , distributed by the Organizer;
  • in Mass Media information kit;
  • in Forum outward and inner ads;
  • in Exhibition Official Catalogue in «Forum Sponsors» section with mentioning the status;
  • in exhibition invitation cards;
  • in Congress publications within the frames of the Forum.
• Provide a standard stand of 9 sq.m or unequipped space of 15 sq.m in exhibition venue of the Forum with 2 Exhibitor badges included.
• Place full page advertisement in the Forum Official Catalogue.
• Place full page advertisement in the Congress Papers.
• Register 7 delegates for the Congress.
• Distribute the company’s promotion materials within the Congress Delegate’s Briefcase.
• Grant the opportunity to place Sponsor’s advertizing structure in the Congress venue halls.
• Grant the opportunity to speak at one of the round-table discussions or Congress sections.
• Provide the Sponsor with 5 invitation cards for the Forum Official Reception.
• Assist in organizing meetings with other participants of the Forum (on Sponsor’s request).
• Provide with 1 car pass and parking place on the territory next to Manezh Central Exhibition Hall for the whole period of the event.
